Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date the product has been received by the customer. We operate with heart, as Space 93 does not resell any returns or exchanges, but rather all products are given away to local homeless shelters.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
We offer a full replacement for a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Our guaranteed replacement policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
ALL ITEMS ON "SALE" ARE FINAL SALES UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
Should a product need to be returned or exchanged, please email via our contract page with the following information: Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange. Customer care will respond to you with further instructions. The customer shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risk for products returned. In the case where products ordered have not been delivered to you or that products have been delivered defective or damaged, Space 93 will reimburse return shipping costs via store credit as long as you return the products using a carrier that guarantees the risks of loss and damage and contact us prior to shipping.
Space 93 reserves the right to refuse a return, if a product has been removed from its original packaging, tags removed or have been worn. If a product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for a new model of the same product or for store credit of the same value. Upon receiving a returned product, any sum debited from your credit card account in favor of Space 93 with regard to the product, except delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible, on condition that the product being return is returned by you and received by Space 93 in the exact condition as which it was when delivered to you.
